I overloaded the washer and it failed to empty properly… When I tried to clear the error code, that also failed… S &K appliance repair service came the same day, discerned the problem quickly, and tested the system to make sure the fix was good… Fair price from a real professional! WE had Steve come out to fix our oven which was not heating properly. He came over the same day and knew just what to do and how to fix it. He is an experienced, knowledgeable professional who can fix any appliance. A rare breed today. The repair kept us from having to purchase a new wall oven. Doing a quick Google search brought me to Steve from S&K appliance repair. He quickly diagnosed our LG front loader and actually had the replacement part with him. Steve called five minutes prior to arriving, and he arrived promptly at the time we had agreed upon. The work entailed removal of an old stovetop, running / installing a new electrical line for the new electronic - pilotless stovetop, installing the new stovetop and testing for any gas leaks. Steve accomplished all of the work in approximately 3 hours and cleaned up any mess created by the work. My new stovetop looks and works great. Based on the timeliness, efficiency, ability and even personality and customer report, I highly recommend S & K Appliance Repair for any installation or appliance work.
